Border View Family YMCA
The Border View Family YMCA is dedicated to serving the communities of Imperial Beach, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, and Nestor. We offer before and after-school programs at most elementary and secondary schools in the area and our sports programs are conducted at several community schools and parks.

The Border View YMCA, a presence in the South San Diego community since 1984, will begin construction on a 32,000 square foot facility at the corner of Picador Blvd and Arey Drive (adjacent to Montgomery Middle School) in the summer of 2010. The facility will include a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility, group exercise classes, a gymnasium, locker rooms and child watch center. The facility will also have a new indoor-type soccer arena, scheduled to be finished in April of 2010.
Construction of the facility will take approximately 8 months and we plan on opening the facility in the spring of 2011.
